Now well established at South End Music School, Billy is still one of our younger tutors. His association with our music school began in his teens when he began taking bass guitar lessons here. Since then, his studious and diligent approach has seen his knowledge and experience grow rapidly, to encompass not only bass, but also piano and advanced music theory to Grade 8 and beyond, for which he has both an intuitive and a detailed understanding.
Able to boast a knowledge of music theory which exceeds the abilities of most highly experienced
teachers, Billy is also a versatile and empathetic tutor who; due to his informative yet relaxed approach; is equally at ease teaching beginners on the piano, as he is guiding students through their studies in music theory.
